Development Director The Development Director is tasked to create the team that will ensure a broad appeal and expanded resources to sustain our programs into the future. The Development Director will cultivate, manage and solicit individuals, corporations and foundations, write grant proposals, and develop sponsorship agreements and institutional collaborations in support of an annual budget. The position will oversee, but not be limited to budgets, research, data management, sponsor recognition and direct mail, plus the planned giving program.
NPS Collections Intern The NPS Collections Intern reports to assigned Collections staff and will focus on tasks relating to the registration, management, documentation and preservation of NPS collections housed at the MNA. The Intern will also help with the move of NPS collections into the Easton Collection Center.
CNF Collections Intern The CNF Collections Intern reports to assigned Collections staff and will focus on tasks relating to the registration, management, documentation and preservation of CNF collections housed at the MNA. The Intern will also help with the move of CNF collections into the Easton Collection Center.
Librarian The Librarian is responsible for the daily management, organization and patron service for the Museum’s library holdings. The Librarian will implement practices and policies to ensure the long-term care of these collections. As needed, this position will aid the Archivist with duties relating to archives and will help the Archivist with archive access requests.
NAGPRA Collections Specialist The NAGPRA Collections Specialist is a full-time position that reports to the Collections Manager and will work in a team effort with the NAGPRA Records Specialist, NAGPRA Collections Aide, Project Osteologist, other Collections Department staff, Coconino National Forest representatives, and Tribes to identify, document, organize, house and prepare human remains, Associated Funerary Objects (AFOs) and Unassociated Funerary Objects (UFOs) under the jurisdiction of the National Forest for repatriation to affiliated Tribe.
