Details & Itinerary:

Join Coconino National Forest Archaeologist, Peter Pilles for a day long exploration of seldom visited Sinagua sites around Flagstaff.  With special permission, we will visit Winona Village, Ridge Ruin as well as Turkey Hill and Elden Pueblo for an interpretation of these sites from a historical point of view. Experience for yourself how MNA founder, Harold Colton helped develop our understanding of the ancient Sinagua culture.

Participants bring a water bottle, lunch, snacks, hat, sunscreen, good walking shoes, and your camera.

MNA will provide transportation, extra water, all permits and guides.
