Brenda Carter
Brenda Carter serves as a Labor Relations Consultant for Arizona Public Service (APS), bringing more than 30 years of leadership experience across labor relations, customer experience, operations, workforce development, communications, and community engagement. Since joining APS in 2011, Brenda has held leadership roles across multiple business units, including Customer Experience, Operations, Training and Compliance, and Labor Relations. Prior to APS, Brenda held leadership positions with the Arizona Daily Sun and United Way of Northern Arizona. A graduate of Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, Brenda has called Northern Arizona home since 1990. Brenda has served on numerous nonprofit and civic boards and is honored to serve on the Museum of Northern Arizona Board of Trustees. Brenda and her husband, Joe, have three children and one grandson and enjoy spending time with family and their three dogs, attending NAU athletic events, and exploring the beauty of the Colorado Plateau.
