If you wish to subscribe to our email newsletter we will use your name and email address to send the newsletter to you. Any personal information provided is maintained and accessible only by the Museum staff and will not be used for any other purpose without your prior notice and consent. Unless you choose to subscribe to our email newsletter and provide your personal information to us, the Museum will not notify you or contact you.
If you purchase from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you to process your order. You must provide contact information, such as name, shipping address, email address, and financial information such as credit card number and expiration date. We use this information for billing purposes and to process your orders only. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. This information is used only for the limited and specific purpose of processing your orders.
The Museum is respectful of your privacy and always provides a way to unsubscribe to our newsletter, if you choose. To unsubscribe, simply select the “unsubscribe” section of our “join newsletter” area, or email us by choosing the “contact us” link on the home page and ask to be removed from our mailing list.

How do we protect your information?
The security of your personal information is very important to us. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
In our efforts to protect your online transactions, we use a technology called Secure Sockets Layer. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway provider’s database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, shipping addresses, billing addresses, telephone numbers, etc.) will not be stored on our servers unless you have created an account.
How do I review and make changes to my stored information?
If you would like to make changes to your stored information, you may log into your account and choose Account Maintenance.
We use Google Analytics to analyze trends, administer the site, track user movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregrate use for reporting and sponsorship purposes. Data gathered by GA is not linked to personally identifiable information. If you prefer to opt out of allowing GA to collect these statistics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We may share aggregated demographic information with our partners, sponsors, and donors. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person. We only share this information so that we can secure funding for the activities of the museum.
This web site contains links to other sites. Please be aware that MNA does not claim any responsibility for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage our visitors to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statement of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy statement applies solely to information collected by MNA’s web site.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
