Health and Retirement
All full-time employees have access to excellent healthcare choices with four different plans available from Blue Cross Blue Shield. Flexible Schedules and Paid Time Off
We prioritize the well-being of our employees by offering flexible schedules and generous paid time off to support both professional and personal lives. Regular full-time employees accrue paid vacation and sick time, in addition to receiving 10 holidays and 7 personal days off each year. Part-time employees also accrue sick and personal time off annually.

Supervisor: Director of Finance
Salary: $20.80/hour, 20 hours a week
The Facilities Rental Coordinator handles the venue and residential rentals of MNA properties to generate earned income and foster good community relationships.
