Designed to Move: Seeds that Float, Fly, or Hitchhike through the Desert Southwest Curator Talk

Adelheid Fischer, curator of MNA’s current exhibition Designed to Move: Seeds that Float, Fly, or Hitchhike through the Desert Southwest will talk about the exhibition and her biomimicry work at Arizona State University. Leading the program’s biomimicry initiative, she introduced students to the use of biology as a means of sustainable innovation in design, business, and engineering. This talk is held in conjunction with the Flagstaff Festival of Science and MNA’s 3rd annual Native American Farmers Market and Harvest Festival being held at the Colton Garden from 10am – 2pm.
