Distinguished Fellow

Robert C. Euler

Archaeologist Robert C. Euler was a staff member and Research Associate for MNA, first joining the staff as Assistant Curator of Anthropology in 1952. He became Curator of Anthropology in 1953 and resigned in the fall of 1955. His MNA affiliation continued during the 1960s and 1970s when he was on the MNA campus during the summers.

He was a professor at the University of Utah and Prescott College. His research interests focused on Grand Canyon Archaeology and Yavapai Ethnology. One of his favorite memories of MNA was chauffeuring
Dr. Colton to various southwest archaeology conferences during Dr. Coltons’ later years. NAU has established an Anthropology graduate student scholarship in his name.
