Quench your cultural thirst at the Museum of Northern Arizona’s summer after-hours series “Thirsty Thursdays.” Stroll the galleries, grab a drink, and unwind with live music in the Museum’s Jaime Major Golightly Historic Courtyard. With cold beer, wine, and Pizzicletta or Tamales USA fare offered for purchase, this summer event will have you vibing, moving, and grooving! Thirsty Thursdays are family-friendly with kids’ activities. Test your Museum of Northern Arizona and Colorado Plateau knowledge with our new trivia game. There will be a prize for the winner.

Admission: $8 for Museum members, $15 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased at the door and include admission to Museum exhibits.

The Mother Road Trio style is as diverse as Rt. 66 itself, with offerings of rhythm and blues, original ballads, Motown, swing, jazz standards, and good old rock n’ roll. The Trio includes Mike Shiner on upright bass and vocals, Larry Czarneck on guitar and vocals, and Sammy McRae on harmonica and vocals.

Chris Brashear and Peter McLaughlin are multi-instrumentalists, singers and songwriters who have performed and recorded together for over 25 years. Chris and Peter have performed with some of the premiere artists in acoustic or what is commonly defined as “Americana” music.

Founded by Northern Arizona’s Got Talent winners, Roberto and Destiny Diaz, Black Lemon is a fresh and ever-evolving band. With a fluid identity, they bring to the stage a vast mix of genres; whether it be their novel and contemporary original songs, or their unique and clever take on cover songs, listeners are sure to enjoy the chemistry they produce.
