We’re excited to host the Northern Arizona Book Festival for featured back-to-back readings. Sessions start with readings by Jodie Hollander, Erik Bitsui, and Melissa Sevigny followed by writers Natalie Diaz, Stacie Denetsosie, Deborah Jackson Taffa, and Chelsea T. Hicks. Diaz, a member of the Gila River Indian Tribe, is author of Postcolonial Love Poem, winner of the 2021 Pulitzer Prize for Poetry, and When My Brother Was an Aztec, winner of an American Book Award. Denetsosie is a Navajo Nation citizen, Todích’íí’nii (Bitterwater Clan), born for Naakaii (Mexican Clan).
